Payout process
- Locking period: Hotel Bookings are commissioned only on actual stays and will be paid out within 30 days after guest checkout. Flight and train bookings are commissioned within 30 days after tickets are successfully issued. Hotel bookings are considered confirmed when the user checks out. For flight and train tickets, bookings are considered confirmed once the user has paid and the tickets have been issued.
- Because of how the program statistics are updated, all paid bookings for the current month will be displayed as “Pending.” At the beginning of each month, the status of all paid bookings will be updated to “Confirmed.” If a booking isn’t reflected in the report, it will turn up at the beginning of the following month.
