There was a staff member next to the ticket machine to help. She even spoke Chinese. Although she didn’t speak it very well, we could communicate well. I took the wrong code at first, and she told me that the QR code was wrong. I looked for a long time and found that I used the Tokyo 72-hour subway ticket to scan the code to get the ticket. Anyway, I got the ticket quickly without any trouble and went to the manual ticket check, and then went downstairs. It should take less than three minutes from getting the ticket to going downstairs, and then queued up and waited for the train. The free seats were good, and you could get on any train. But there was a problem. You had to pay attention to the direction of your queue. They queued horizontally, and we queued vertically like in China. When I got on the train, the Europeans and Americans behind me shouted at me to queue up. In fact, I was the second one to come, but because I queued in the wrong direction, I became the last one. At least I came earlier than the European and American who shouted at me! Generally, it is platform 4, and carriages 1-3 are free seats.

worth booking! You just need to exchange this voucher to a physical ticket via the ticketing machine across the gate. Very comfy ride from the airport to the city centre at an affordable price. I will definitely book this again next time!
