Retro is the first established youth hostel in Cluj, located in the very centre of the city. Since 2002 we have been the ideal place to stay for budget travellers, families and groups. We offer quality lodging in a wide variety of rooms (single, double, triple, dorms) with private or shared bathrooms. Since 2007 Retro Travel Agency offers day tours in Transylvania and package tours throughout the country, car rentals, free bike rental for our guest and much more… We are located on a quite pedestrian lane, away from any traffic noise, two minutes walking from the main square of the city, and 500 meters from the ‘Babes Bolyai’ University, the second largest in the country. Open by enthusiastic travellers, Retro Youth Hostel, is nestled inside the medieval city wall, within a walk of main tourist attractions in town. Thus, you can reach in the walking distance all the touristy sights of the old part of Cluj such as The Tailors Fort, Museum of History, Museum of Art, Botanical Garden, Ethnographic Museum.
