I stayed at NASA Bangkok Hotel last night, and it was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was awful, and the bed was literally moving! To make matters worse, there were no slippers, no tissues, and no toothbrush provided. On top of that, there was too much noise coming from the windows, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the hotel reception and mentioned I would leave a bad review, they nonchalantly responded, “No problem, you can give.” Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs.

1. The front desk: I wanted to check in at 11 o’clock, but the front desk said that I had to pay 200 baht for early check-in. Later, he asked me for 300 baht, where was the money going? 2. Too noisy: The hotel is next to the Airport Express, and it is very noisy at night. I can’t sleep at all. The front desk only gives the rooms on the left to white people. 3. Hotel wifi: Very, very bad, no matter which room is bad, why don’t they fix the wifi? 4. Old facilities: There was a fire in the mall opposite, and the facilities of this hotel are very old, and it feels easy to have a fire.

The hotel location is good. It is very close to metro and there is Starbucks nearby. The staff is friendly. However, the facilities are very old. The water tap cannot be adjusted for warm water.

The hotel itself was perfect for what we needed it for, an overnight stay at a cheap hotel. However it stated 4 stars and I’m not sure how it was, the hotel was very run down and all the walls were dirty/mouldy. The hotel staff at reception were helpful but a few other staff members were quite rude. However for the price we can’t complain as it did the job
