The room should be newly renovated, but the workmanship is rough. Windows are dirty. No refrigerator and safe box. The best part is the bed and blanket, very comfortable. Bathroom is different from what you see on the website, very small and dark, I showed the bathroom picture from the website to front desk and she said there is no bathroom looks like that in the hotel. Where did that picture come from??? No AC in the hallway, it’s super hot in the hallway in summer while you walking to your room. No AC in the room when you go out and remove the room key from the slot. Breakfast is good and the service is good. 房间应该是新装修的，但是做工粗糙，窗户玻璃也很脏。没有冰箱和保险箱。最满意的就是床和被子，很舒服。洗手间和网上照片不符。洗手间狭小且昏暗，无法化妆。问了前台说整个酒店就没有照片中的洗手间。？？？ 酒店走廊没有空调，夏天走廊里和室外一样热。每次外出回来房间里也和外面一样热，因为房卡拿走就断电，空调就不工作了。早餐还可以。服务态度也不错。

Me,my husband n my son like to stay here.hotel is near pudong airport n also disneyland. Hotel have shuttle bus to sending us to the disneyland and pick u up to the hotel again. very recommended hotel..room that we book also large n very comfortable..staff hotel are very nice n helpful.love it.

This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Spacious and cozy rooms, there are all the amenities. Good location and free transfer from the airport. Friendly staff. Some points have not been finalized: I have not received information about the transfer, namely where and at what time I can take a transfer from the airport. I needed the help of an airport employee to call the hotel and clarify the information about free transfer from the airport Pudong (Upper floor, exit 29 if Terminal 2). I arrived at the hotel late and went to bed after two o’clock in the morning. It was not very pleasant to find a dirty sheet in stains and long black hair on the floor. The rest is a great hotel. I recommend this hotel

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Hotel shuttle bus is very nice, driver has great communication with the Customer. Breakfast is delicious, highly recommend!

Near to airport (less than 20mins) and Disneyland (20mins) Free pick up and drop off from airport to hotel, vice versa 👍 Free pick up and drop off from hotel to Disneyland ,vice versa🫶 The hotel lobby smells good. 👍 The room was neat and clean but there’s a bit smell of cement (cuz the hotel renovated last year) but that’s bearable. 👌 You can hear the noise outside when someone’s talking, but not totally the noise of running vehicles outside. The staffs are approachable , the breakfast buffet was great 👍😻 Suggestion: You may put some sticker or banner on the dashboard or side of the hotel van “ Vienna’s Hotel Pick Up Van” so the guests who just arrive at the airport and who doesn’t know how to speak or understand Chinese knows which van they can get into. ( Apps translations can do) but I hope someone will know how to verbalise even a basic English.
