This 3-hour food tour in the Barcelona’s Old Town and el Born Quarter is the perfect way for foodies and wine buffs to enjoy Barcelona!
Elisenda offers an honest, real and authentic food tour with cultural insights throughout the route and a delicious tapas and wine menu.

You will have the chance to enjoy the traditional Catalan pan con tomate, Murcian cured tuna, Basque pintxo “Gilda”, local paprika, artisan cheese, Atlantic Ocean anchovies and jamón ibérico. 3 chosen wines, all of them Spanish or Catalan DO (Geographical Indicator Wine), are well paired with the food.

Eli was not able to make it so Freddy stepped in to host us. We had a great experience walking and talking with Freddy. He told us the history of Barcelona and took us to 3 fabulous bodegas. We had Vermouth and Wine plus Tapas. By the end of the evening we were so full and really enjoyed the food, drinks and information. Thank you so much!

My sister and I went on this tapas tour our 2nd night in town and this was an excellent introduction to the city. Libor was a fabulous, knowledgeable, friendly host (Elisenda is pregnant, so her husband is doing the tours in her absence). The group was fun and just the right size. The food was very good and we not only got a good tour of the Gothic Quarter and El Born, we also got a good history lesson. Highly recommended.

This experience was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona! Libor, our amazing guide, met us at the Ramblas and from there we walked to the Market and explored around. We walked thought the Ramblas, visited a couple plazas and a church. We made our way to the Gothic Quaters where we visited four establishments for tapas and drinks! Libor was amazing, he took us to small, local places and explained the history of each place and the area. We ate a variety of tapas, drank cava, and traditional vermut and shared some wine like the locas do! It was a cultural immersive experience I would recommend to everyone that visits Barcelona! Absolutely amazing!
