Friendly staff.Ice machine at the hotel wasn’t working our entire stay. And the weather was representing (temperatures in the 90’s) Advertised high floor views of NYC and you couldn’t see anything …

Reception staffs are very professional The ladies staff at the breakfast was always smiling and very helpful, they are all doing a fantastic …All good just the breakfast area is smaller. But nothing wrong, we need to get up early to grab our tables. Please reverse the refundable damage charges back to my account.
