The privacy is high, the main entrance is under renovation, the service of the hotel staff is good, the butler is considerate, there are welcome fruits and birthday cakes, the public pool is very good, but the hardware equipment in the room needs to be strengthened, it is recommended to renovate the internal room to maintain the brand image

The staff were excellent. They were very attentive and accommodating. The building is beautiful and small details make the stay very pleasant. There is a hot spring bath in the room and very lovely baths downstairs. Food was good and the rooms are large and luxurious. I couldn’t fault the hotel or my stay!

I was looking to try the famous hot springs of Beitou and my friend recommended I stay at Villa 32. The hotel only has 5 rooms, all of which are spacious suites with a private hot tub (onsen) that has direct access to the water from the hot springs. Guests also have the option of using the hotel’s communal hot springs area (which offers a wide variety of hot and cold pools). Although open to the public, this area is extremely peaceful, especially in the morning and evenings. Villa 32 strikes the right balance between a cozy hideaway and an exclusive luxury property, making it ideal for a short escape. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and I felt they tried very hard to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I also had a fantastic massage trea**ent in the spa. Definitely a solid pick for a spa retreat.

Villa 32 is truly a wonderful experience. From the moment they greet you, you will be pampered and well cared for. The common facilities are beautiful. The guest rooms are spacious, inviting, and relaxing. The food is delicious. The public hot springs are clean and invigorating. The spa services are excellent. Highly recommended!

The room was big and clean. The public hot spring water was amazing! The place is beautifully designed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient, the scenic Thermal hot spring is located behind this villa. My husband and I had a great time there.Show More
