Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. The room is quite good,the housekeeper is very nice, unfortunately the cushions on the bed are dirty with stains. Breakfast is really bad. Except the noodles and congress are hot, others are cold, sausages, bacon, vegetables etc. No one refills when empty.

Nice and pleasant stay, rooms are spacious. Breakfast spread quite a spread with east and west mixture. Night and day reception are different. Overall I don’t mind coming back but I guess they should indicate airport transfer to call before arrival. One thing I admire is that they use the robot for room service. Their lobby in level 3 thus first time visiting may not be familiar. The lobby with Xmas tree decorations very nice

Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn’t know how to drive to the hotel. Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there… The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was. The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

it was a really nice experience with novotel chuansha. very near to disneyland and they offer shuttle bus as well. ordering for delivery is also very convenient. hotel cleanliness is also pretty good . the double room is quite big . Will definitely choose this hotel again for next trip.
