Clean and nice. Location is good. People are nice. Just that lift lobby is a bit dark. But other than that I think is very well designed

Location is excellent! Located right next to BTS Phloen Chit Station and it is easy to get grab and somehow “avoided” the terrible traffic in bangkok at times. However, the only downside is the lift servicing the hotel. It is extremely slow and one was faulty during my stay. And the noise of traffic can be heard from 12th floor. Light sleeper should probably take a slight note of that. Other than that I do not really have any complaints. Thank you!

Location fantastic as it is just in front of ploenchit bts one stop from chitlom. Facility like swimming pool so so but gym is nice. Breakfast ok

Next to BTS, very convenient to travel around and there’s a drinking place to chill at the hotel. The lights in the room are dim.

Great location, the hotel is located just beside ploenchit bts. Accessible to travel around if using bts. It is also walkable to chit lom and Siam. Hotel is spacious and clean. Another great thing is Novotel bangkok ploenchit Sukhumvit allows kids to stay for free when using existing beds, is a plus point for family with kids.
