• IMPORTANT: Virak Buntham has a direct vehicle and Indirectly vehicle. You may be switched among Van VIP/ Sleeping bus/Seat bus during your trip. If you have a problem with this, please speak to their staff directly on the day of travel. Only they that can issue a refund and no refunds will be issued due to a change of vehicle after you have already traveled.
• Virak Buntham has 2 different sleeping buses. One is a Hotel bus and another is a Luxury bus.
• Arrival time sometimes can be delayed 1 – 2 hours due to traffic jam, which makes Transit time up to a few hours, so please don’t book another trip too close to the arrival time.
• There may be additional stops on the way to pick up or drop off other passengers.
• Please be at the departure point (Virak Buntham office) at least 30 minutes before departure time for check-in procedure.
• Freeride for infants under 3 years old on an adult lap. If your child is older than 3 years old, the full price applies.
• Baggage: 1 passenger is allowed to bring 35kg + hand-carry luggage. Exceeded luggage will be charged.
• Those entering Vietnam must already have the visa prior to departure, if a one is required. You would need to do immigration procedure yourself, and please proceed as fast as you can because the bus is not allowed to wait at the border checkpoint too long, it may leave without you and this is not operator’s responsibility.
• The border stations are at Aranyaprathet on the Thai side and Poi Pet on Cambodia.
• The border crossings are at Bavet on the Cambodian side and Moc Bai on the Vietnam side.
