This is the city in which I was born and lived all my life, poets say about it: the city kissed by God! And that says it all! A large number of different nationalities living in Odessa have made the local cuisine the embodiment of Jewish, Ukrainian, Oriental, French and Balkan traditions! I will hold an Odessa-style gastronomic dinner with a short culinary demonstration for guests. Here guests will be able to try traditional cold and hot Odessa snacks, such as eggplant caviar and stuffed chicken neck, in total there are about 8 dishes, Odessa special wine and traditional dessert. But this evening is not only about food, it is the charming atmosphere of a city by the sea, a special playlist of regional music and a lot of humor. It is served as an appetizer, cold. Zucchini fritters with garlic sauce These are tender pancakes made from fresh zucchini with a golden crust, served with a sauce of sour cream, garlic and herbs. Served with black bread, Olivier salad in a new way This is traditional New Year’s salad of prepared and raw vegetables with Mayonnaise sauce. Baked potatoes, carrots, fresh cucumber and green peas, green onions and ham, chopped into small cubes with homemade maynaise. This is a French element of Odessa cuisine.
